The entire upper floor of Sommerville House is a charming haven allowing the guest peace and quiet as well as access to quality private facilities such as a modern kitchen, TV, Internet connection, spacious furnished living area, large bedroom (with a stunning view) and ensuite. Guests can relax in their own area or join amiable hosts Wally and Lynda Sommerville who live in the downstairs area of the house.

Breakfast is provided and Wally and Lynda will also be delighted to assist guests in finding their way around Wellington’s attractions, abundant nightlife and superb restaurants.

Your living area is fully equipped with all the things that make staying away from home easy:

Until 20th February 2004, we have a second bedroom with ensuite available. This room has a queen sized bed and french doors opening onto the courtyard garden. Please contact us for more details regarding bookings.
